[00:00:00] Hey, thank you so much for coming in to interview with us today.
[00:00:03] I'm super excited to get to know you and let's go ahead and get started.
[00:00:08] To start off, would you mind telling me a little bit more about yourself?
[00:00:30] Okay.
[00:00:40] OK, thank you so much.
[00:00:42] It's great getting to hear a little bit more about who you are in your background.
[00:00:46] So thank you once again.
[00:00:47] And if you don't mind me asking, why are you looking for a new position?
[00:00:51] What are you hoping to kind of get out of this whole process?
[00:01:00] OK.
[00:01:19] Yeah, OK, that makes a lot of sense.
[00:01:21] Thank you so much for sharing.
[00:01:23] I totally agree. That makes sense.
[00:01:25] This opening actually requires a lot of decision making.
[00:01:28] We're making a lot of decisions on the job.
[00:01:31] And so can you tell me a time when you made a difficult choice on the job?
[00:01:49] Wow.
[00:01:58] Wow, that's good to hear.
[00:02:00] That was a tough decision.
[00:02:02] But I think you did a great job in making it.
[00:02:05] You really thought that one through. That was great.
[00:02:07] This position also involves a lot of deadlines.
[00:02:09] I know not not my favorite either.
[00:02:12] But have you ever worked on a deadline in the past?
[00:02:14] If so, how did you approach them?
[00:02:16] How did they go and how did you handle them?
[00:02:50] Nice work.
[00:02:52] Deadlines are always tricky, but it sounds like you have a great system in place
[00:02:56] to handle them. So well done, you.
[00:02:59] What about coworkers?
[00:03:00] Co-workers like, you know, many places we have some difficult co-workers
[00:03:06] to deal with. I'm going to be the first to admit.
[00:03:08] So have you ever had to deal with a difficult co-worker in the past?
[00:03:12] If so, I would be happy to help you out.
[00:03:15] I'd be happy to help you out.
[00:03:17] I've been the difficult co-worker in the past.
[00:03:19] If so, how did it go?
[00:03:29] Oh, uh huh.
[00:03:37] Yeah.
[00:03:47] Yeah. Interesting.
[00:03:50] Co-workers, gosh, can't live with them, can't live without them.
[00:03:53] Am I right?
[00:03:54] Now, because we are a new company, there's actually quite a bit of stuff.
[00:03:58] We're still trying to figure out.
[00:04:00] So it's it give you a little hectic from time to time.
[00:04:02] I don't know if you've experienced anything kind of similar, like where
[00:04:05] you've maybe demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
[00:04:09] What was the problem that you solved?
[00:04:11] How'd you find a solution?
[00:04:12] Because we got a lot of different
[00:04:14] problems we're trying to figure out around here.
[00:04:45] Very cool way to troubleshoot and get it done.
[00:04:48] That is no easy task.
[00:04:50] Now, on a similar note, with all that
[00:04:52] newness that we are, you know, this new company or constantly changing,
[00:04:56] it's a constantly changing environment.
[00:04:59] How do you handle new processes or change?
[00:05:02] Have you had to do so in the past?
[00:05:33] All right. Yeah, that makes sense.
[00:05:36] Well done on your part, almost coming to the end of our questions here.
[00:05:41] But first in our company, it's super important that you learn and you grow.
[00:05:46] We're looking for someone that's going to be committed to our company
[00:05:49] and wants to grow and learn here.
[00:05:51] So where do you see yourself in the next five years?
[00:06:26] Yeah.
[00:06:44] Great. That sounds like an awesome plan.
[00:06:47] And lastly, I was kind of curious what you might be expecting salary wise.
[00:06:52] Do you have a number in mind that you don't mind sharing?
[00:06:56] I'm not sure.
[00:07:11] Awesome. That sounds good.
[00:07:13] Well, thank you so much for interviewing with us.
[00:07:15] It was great that you came in today and it was super fun getting to know you.
